Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3-6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Please note: Reservations must be confirmed prior to each tour. Private tours are available for group of 3-8 people per group in order to maximize the personalized care and attention of each guest.

• A credit card and/or valid driver license or passport is required for rental deposit. • Helmets and locks are provided for free with rental. • Helmets are recommended for all riders. • All  Participants must wear a helmet. • Participants must be in good health, and able to operate, control and balance the equipment, at time of rental. •  Please consult your physician. • Baby participants must be at least 1 year old and be able to hold their head and upper body in an upward position and be able to wear a helmet. • Participants are responsible for the rental equipment, from the time the equipment is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of rental equipment. • Rental equipment is due back at the end of the tour • Late returns are subject to overtime charges and late fees. Participants must inform Company if the equipment is damaged or not working properly. • Participants must comply with all traffic laws and ride with caution.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance as our tours often sell out ahead of time. To maximize your chances of getting the day, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance. We accept Visa, Master card and American Express.
If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
We do not currently offer a waiting list.
How much food is served on the tour?
Our tours serves a light breakfast or lunch provided by our partner at Beach Park Cafe
How much riding is involved? Is it a fast-paced tour?
Our tours run for approximately 3 hours. Participants can expect to be riding or walking for the majority of the time, with at least four resting locations for at least 20 minutes in total . We ride at a moderate pace.
Do your tours have anything to offer a native?
Many locals who attend our tours do so to learn about the neighborhoods and the city in which they live. Almost all participants will taste and learn something new that they have not experienced before the tour.
Does the Tour Guide accept gratuities?
If you enjoyed your Tour Guide’s services, gratuities are always appreciated. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 18%.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, 
diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. We will do our best to accommodate.
Does the tour end at the same place it starts?
Yes, the tour does end at the same place.
Can I shop during the tour?
There are designated stops on our tours where it is appropriate and your guide will advise.

Are any beverages served on the tour?
Beverages will be served at the Beach Park Cafe. We encourage participants to bring a bottle of water to to keep hydrated. You may also purchase water and/or beverages at the beginning of all tours at the specified meeting locations.
Are tours offered only in English?
Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please contact us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.
What happens if it rains?
The tours are held rain or shine. In the rare circumstance that a tour is being cancelled due to inclement weather, we will notify customers directly. Please check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately.
Is there parking near the tour meeting point?
Yes, parking is available at the starting and ending points of the tour.
